Neil's 30 years plus experience in the banking and finance industry brought him in 1996 from the UK to New Zealand and then to Australia working for major banks. He's passionate about "going that extra mile" and his "high touch" service is reflected in the continued repeat business and desire of his clients to introduce colleagues to him.
He goes into bat for you with the banks and lenders to maximise not only your chances of success but also to negotiate for you a great deal, often not available on the High Street. You will know you are in safe hands.
In particular, Neil's expertise has been in working with businesses with funding needs from $500,000 to
$25 million. In addition to working in commercial banking he's worked in asset finance, invoice finance, and underwriting roles, so has plenty he can bring to the party. He understands financial accounts with complex structures and multiple cash flows and can cut through the details to create an appropriate plan to restructure, refinance or fund for future growth.
His extensive contacts across over 40 different residential and commercial lenders means he can normally put a solution in place in even the toughest of cases, quickly and efficiently.

Joshua is a passionate, proactive and industry accredited finance consultant and a full member of Mortgage Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). He holds a Certificate IV in Financial & Mortgage Broking. Trained in Finance with a degree in Commerce, he has worked in the Finance and Banking industry for more than 18 years. Therefore, he understands the challenges, confusion and the often frustrations that customers may encounter when looking at buying a home, refinancing existing mortgages, consolidating of debts etc.
Besides residential lending, Joshua also is also experienced in business and commercial lending. He was a Relationship Manager for Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) back in 2007 to 2010 before moving up into management level. Therefore, he understands the various issues confronted by businesses like cash flow management, tax debts etc.
His commitment is always to provide a professional, organised and diligent service. He aims to ensure that you are kept fully informed and involved with every facet of the process. He has worked for major banks here in the front line as a Retail Banking Lending Manager, and previously in New York City as Sales & Leasing Business Finance Manager and Retail Banking Mortgage Broker.
